New Sleever

Hello, I am 41 my start weight is 279. I just had my surgery on Dec 27th. Came home on yesterday from the hospital.

Last nite was very difficult dealing with the gas pains. I could not get comfortable the gas pains were bad. I am going to walk today hopefully it helps.

Walking helps. So does a heating pad on your stomach. Hang in there. Each day gets better

Walking definitely helps. I was also sleeved in December so I used Christmas shopping to help get the gas out :). Walking in the mall was really helpful because it distracted some of the feelings of discomfort and it is really cold outside right now. Happy walking!
