Calories need input on this please

I am 5 1/2 months out and eat between 700-900 calories a day. I work out 4 days a week and I am losing very slowly right now. I am wondering if I am not eating enough maybe? When I work out I burn about 300 calories. Sometimes a little less.

Does anyone know how many calories we should be eating? I get a ton of Protein in daily so I know that isn't the issue.

Please help!!

I am the same way I was scared asked my Dr and he said dont worry about that just eat when your body tells you to, I still have not gotten past 880 and I am not worring about it

My nutritionalist just told me today to go to 1200 cal and I am only 4 months post op. I have only lost 57 lbs and because of pain I do not exercise much. I don't think I will go that high yet but this may help you. It is worth a try and you can always go back down if it does not work.

still in pain from the surgery?

I have to intentionally eat carbs, like 2 sheets of graham crackers with a table spoon of cream cheese for instance and I get right back to losing
