Which surgeon did you decide on?

My surgery is in 2 weeks, I'm scared too, but I think that's normal. I'm sure everything will be fine...with both of us! My mother in law had gastric bypass and says I will feel so much better when the weight is off, so when I start panicking, I just think about what she said. Good luck and keep us updated!

That's great! I bet you are getting nervous! I don't even have my surgery scheduled yet and I get nervous lol you will be fine

Honestly, there isn't much to be nervous about. I had surgery yesterday at 2:15 pm. It's 11:25 am now and I feel great! My leak test was flawless and I've been walking around all morning. The staff here is very friendly and attentive. I got to take a shower about an hour ago and it was incredible. I still haven't gotten to drink anything, but I will soon. I understand your nervousness, but once you meet the staff here, you will be so at ease.

I am a little nervous too, but I try to focus on the positives. I'm going on the 29th. I just try to keep busy, I find when I'm idle the negative thoughts come!
