8 days post sleeve

Having trouble getting any pureed proteins in. Just very thirsty all the time. But def want no part of pureed foods or the foods allowed besides jello and pudding. Any advice?

Mix 1/2 Isopure with 1/2 Gatoraid or Vitamin Water. Lots of protein, little sugar and it doesn't taste all that bad.

I add protein to it, if you want it sweeter Add Splenda! Taste awesome!

I was told at least 80g of protein a day.

I thought at first you had only have clear liquids? Are pudding and the breakfast shakes aloud?

The length of clear liquids varies by Dr. I was off clears as soon as I left the hospital, I was on full liquids. Follow your Dr's plan but yes, pudding and shakes are allowed on full liquids.
