When I had the lapband my hair started to fall out i took biotin it's not a miracle worker but it helps still take to his day it's great for your skin and nail too I'm polish had beautiful thick hair still have lots of hair but not like how it used to be

Mine has been falling out for 4 months. I am 6 months post op. biotin does nothing for me. My hair dresser told me to buy j Beverly Hills rescue shampoo to help. They said it works better then nioxin.

It lasts about 4 to 5 months for me with 6,7, and 8th month being the very worst part.

Now it's sprouting back :P
