Pizza crust (recipe on here)

I made the pizza that someone posted on here. It was made with egg whites, cream of tartar, cream cheese and unflavored whey protein. It came out a little dry....any suggestions?

I made this and the crust wasn't stiff enough to pick up.

I made the one with cream cheese and protein powder. It was awkwardly dry. I would describe it like a mouthful of powder with cotton mouth. It really bummed me out because I thought this would be THE way to finally eat pizza.

If you put some pizza sauce on the side and dip each bite in the sauce it helps with the dryness- I agree it is dry but gives me my pizza fix when I need one

The cauliflower recipe is delicious and was not dry at all.
