Whole Grain crackers

My menu from my Doc for soft foods has whole grain crackers and saltines as a snack. Would Triscuits be included in that?

Lf triscuits 7 are 120 cal and 3.5 fat they are my primary fiber/ carb source I eat them 2x a day.

I would imagine they also dissolve like a saltine or whole grain cracker - good question!?

I wouldn't be brave enough to try Triscuits at about a month out--but maybe if you chewed them to nothing before swallowing. I would email or call my RD or PA/MD to ask.

How many weeks post-op are you?

Surgery was January 30th so I am about 5 weeks.

I am 14 months. 4 weeks might be too soon for triscuits, sorry I overlooked the fact you are early out in your post!
