How much broth is a normal serving, I can drink a cup and not feel ful

Clear Liquids will not fill you up. No way, no how. Are you early post-op? If so...just wait until you can add solids. You won't feel a whole ton of restriction until then.

My understanding is 8oz is a serving...I add unflavored protein powder to my broth.

Liquids take the path of least resistance so no amount is too much. Getting in your liquids is a good thing so relax and enjoy :)

I used to do 4 - 6 oz of broth it filled me along with the protein shakes

I was just worried about eating to much broth and hurting my sleeve, I'm just one week post op. this was homemade broth so it wasn't clear as canned or boxed

You can't hurt the sleeve my drinking broth! Like someone said if you can get it down enjoy it!!! You one of the lucky ones!!
