I've heard some people say cereal is a no go for them because basically it's the equiviliant for eating and drinking at the same time. I have cereal every now and then and haven't had an issue though.

I have been told and have read that cold cereal is a no-no. Why exactly? Does it have to do with carbs, or is it hard on our sleeves? There are plenty of healthy cereals out there, and I would love to add a little variety back into my breakfast routine.
