Laying in bed this morning I realized that I am a day shy of surgery in only two weeks! I will be sleeved March11th, and I wish I could press fast forward. Anyone else being sleeved 3/11/13?

Here waiting too! Excited but scared. It was hard saying bye to my kids this morning. There's no turning back now! I'm doing this to make sure I'm here to raise them. I'm really emotional right now.

Im all checked on and waiting! Prayers to all 3/11/13 sleevers!

You are all in my thoughts and prayers as you move forward with changing your lives and losing weight. I hope the surgery goes well and you have an easy recovery!

I'm here waiting to get my anesthesia

I can't wait to get on the other side of the table

Good luck, checking in now.

Hey everyone! How's everyone feeling?

I'm in and out of consciousness. But I really don't have pain I'm surprised that I've even had surgery today. Drunk too much earlier today and was hurting a little bit but other than that. I'm fine.

Still a little gassy, sleepy , naseou and trying to get 40oz in. Discharged this morning.

I'm up and moving today but yesterday was a trial. Nausea was horrible but pain minimal. I'm trying to get my fluids in so I cam go home.

Just got home from the hospital this afternoon. Feelin pretty good but really sore. Pain is manageable. Water feels weird going down. Like bubbly feeling which I think is gas... Full liquids go down easier. The day of the surgery and the day after was horrible. I was so over medicated and nauseated I was vomiting. One time I vomited so hard that I broke a blood vessel in my head, actually felt it pop, and then blood came pouring out my nose. That was scary! But that night I turned a corner and I feel like I am doing well today.

Water is the worst trying to get down :(

Hey all, glad everyone is doing well. Im doing good too. It is crazy how I can feel the liquid go all the way down and into my stomach... Ugh.. kinda strange..

I have not taken any pain meds today and am feeling lots better. Just tired now...

Hey everybody! I am doing much better pain wise as well, just sick of the liquid phase...what is everyone else eating?

I have already lost 17lbs :)

MK1986. I am doing much better as well some pain at my incision sites. I am down 15lbs so far and I am ecstatic. I am definitely tired of the liquids and ready to move to another phase but I am being patient and I know it will come in time.

I'm new, I was sleeved on Mar 11th,came home on the 14th. I am on purees. Doing OK haven't taken pain meds since yesterday. I'm actually worried or confused maybe that I seem to be easily able to drink and eat. I am not experiencing the 'three bites and full' that you hear about. I'm down 19 from my highest (12 since surgery day)

Every Doc really has their own protocol, huh? I was moved to purees in the Hospital. I've eaten things like Greek yogurt, pudding, scrambled egg, tomato soup w/ pureed chicken, etc.
