  1. I had extreme nausea the first few hours out of recovery. It was the I've pain meds. I stick to the basics75% of the time but I enjoy normal food at almost 7 months out. I've been pretty consistent with my numbers but I'm in a bit of a stall. I'm losing plenty of inches not as much weight on the scale. It's not a number for me just a new start on life. I think it's important to look at the overall victories and not the scale. I love Cheetos and have even indulged in a fun sized snickers from time to time! Just follow the rules and it works. The hard part was over the 1st 24 hours for me.
  2. I used Transformations I'm local here in Jackson. Dr. Cummins was my surgeon. She was awesome I was 1st in the stae to use robotic assist. My procedure was sone at CMMC and I'm 6 months out down about 70lbs

  21. I'm just finishing up my EKG chest X-ray PFT and Abg! I was thinking the same thing as they stuck me 5 times to do the Abg! But I want tj start my new life and I don't want to rob myself of the pleasures of life. I want children and my weight has hindered that from happening. I'm happy for the new changes it's a wake up call for bad decisions. It's extreme but necessary when you are 100lbs overweight
  22. I'm scheduled for dec 10 dr Cummins. I just did my abg and EKG pft and chest X-ray today
