It's a beautiful day outside. It's been 6 weeks since my sleeve surgery. Do you guys think its too soon for jogging?

Nah! I was cleared for all exercise at 2 weeks... My doc said just listen to your body, it will let you know what it can and cannot handle... Good luck!

I've been using c25k app for 4 weeks. I'm 2 months post op.

How is it working out doreen? I want to try it when I'm 2 weeks post-op. I've already downloaded the app.

At week 3 I more or less have up. But after a two week hiatus I went back to where I left off. I'm amazed at what I can do when I put my mind to it. And I didn't stop because it was too hard, I was making excuses for why I couldn't. The first day of each week of the app seems easier than the next two days-and it's the same workout. I put my ear buds in, crank up 80s cardio workout or you can't touch this station on pandora and just do it. Of course, every time I think about looking down or holding on to my treadmill-I hear Jillian in my head "head up!!! Do not hold on! You CAN do this!".
