From 270 pounds of fat to now maintaining at 205 pounds consistently. Had went all the way down to 165 pounds but maintaining 205 consustently. See my profile for pics before surgery. You can do it too.

Good luck to you on your surgery. Obviously your having this surgery to look fantastic on the outer and much more healthier on the inside. It's a natural thing to be kind of nervous. I remember how nervous I was because I was afraid of the unknown. But everything turned out just fine. 5 years later I'm still loving the new me. At times it was challenging as I had some ups and downs but when you want it and go for it you will not be defeated. Get ready for a new you on the outside and the inside and don't be afraid. Embrace it. Can't wait to see the best of you.- Getting the Sleeve Gastrectomy Surgery was the best decision i ever made in my lofe.
Yes I have done a good job of keeping the extra weight off. It's been a lil over 5 years and I have stayed disciplined. No extra skin. I work out constantly and whole your losing weight you tighten the skin as you lift weights. I'm thrilled still til today. That surgery saved my life. I remember when i got my date in January 2013. I was all nerves just like you as I was afraid of the unknown. Believe me when I tell you I was also a bunch of nerves and started to doubt if I was doing the right thing. The Sleeve surgery saved my life. I’m texting you now because of it. Without this surgery I would not be alive today. I love the new me cause I couldn’t stand the old me. Stay encouraged, stay strong and go for it. Has anyone tried drinking carbonated drinks yet? Whether its orange juice, soda's, beer etc? Just wanted to know if so how long did it take before u can tolerate it. I'm 5 months after surgery.- 106 pounds and counting

- Im a wimp! Getting scared of how much pain to expect!
I was a Type 2 Diabetic taking 5 shots of Insulin through the stomach a day, 13 pills a day for Sleep Apnea, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, and Rheumatoid Arthritis. 4 months after surgery I lost 68 pounds and no longer on Insulin at all and 13 pills down to 1. ????- Im a wimp! Getting scared of how much pain to expect!
There is no wimps on this page. Change your mind set. On this page are men & women of courage, heart, determination, strength. If you feel this is what you need and is necessary then do it. We are here for you. I have no regrets. I hated what I looked like but love the new me. This changed my life because unwanted it as well as needed it. I was nervous as well and that's natural. No Wimps in here. This is nothing but something else in life that u gotta handle. NOTHING BUT WINNERS IN THIS FORUM. Good Luck and stay in touch with me. Hey guys, it's ok to be a lil nervous, that's natural. I was nervous too. But I hated what I looked like. I avoided mirrors at all cost, now I can't stay out the mirror. I love my results.
