fullness

What does everyone feel like when they are full. I'm not sure if I can feel when I am full. WIll I throw up if I eat too much or what happens. I remember what it feels like to overeat but I don't want to make myself that stuffed so I don't get a leak.

If you don't trust yourself yet go get one of those little dishes like that they put ranch in a Denny's and use that at first
