Anxiety

Heading to my sleep study. I know it's no big deal, I've had one before but my anxiety level just went high sky and I started crying. I think it's because I know surgery is getting close and I'm scared.

Breath! it'll be alright. Most everyone gets a little nervous just thinking about surgery. Think about all the good things coming your way.......

Take a breather you can do this! Don't worry be happy ????

You got this!!

Anxiety is not even the word. I will be sleeved on 2/25 and today I had an anxiety attack. This preop diet is draining me out. I'm sick of just drinking protein shakes and liquid. I'm feeling really sad and depressed as my surgery date gets closer. I'm so afraid to go forward. I know I want this but scared I wont be able to follow through.

I think that is a pretty common feeling. It helps me to think of the end result to help me focus and get through the tough times. You can do this! Hang in there!
