If you dont take your vitamins...

If you dont take your vitamins can it cause you to eat more cause your not getting in enough nutrients? Willl that cause you to gain weight back?

I would think this could be a side affect. That and other malnutrition issues. You aren't taking in enough of those nutrient and need to get them from vitamins. I don't think I would even consider not taking them.

I bought extras so I'd have vitamins at home and at work.

If you dont take your vitamins thats the least of your worries.

It could lead to irreversible neurological damage as stated in my handbook

There are bunches of potential repercussions to not taking your vitamins: hair loss, bone thinning or softening, tooth loss, neurological damage and various kinds of anemias which can result in organ damage. At least we are not at as big of a risk as the RNY folks. But as for me, I am going to take my vitamins.

Hey what vitamins was everyone told to take? I was told a multi, a vitamin c and 2 calcium w/ vit D. All at different times of the day.

I was told to take iron too.
