  3. My NUT says that variety is GREAT as long as it follows the requirements of the 2 P's: 1. Protein 2. Produce If there is any room left after, fruit. Keep carbs LOW. That's what I've been told. I think I will probably eat the same breakfast every morning (or drink). I like protein shakes. I am going to find variety for breakfast and supper, but will probably keep very routing for breakfast and snacks.
  4. I think my hubby should pay more attention too. My optometrist told me that she had heard of several people who had divorced after they lost their weight, but I think there must have been substantial problems in those marriages before. It's funny how all of these different thoughts come up during this whole process. I am a teacher too. I haven't told my students what's going on yet. Don't think I will. Going for my pre-op class tomorrow. Good luck!!!
