I'm just wondering if the vitamins you buy at Walmart are OK or do we need some kind of special ones? I take a sublingual b-12, calcium chews, iron you just swallow, and are flintstone completes ok? How many of those, just one like the bottle says? Thanks

I just checked a bottle of vitamins I had bought before my surgery and compared it to the ones I buy at Walmart. The ones I bought on-line have much, much more than the ones from walmart. I bought them Unjury.com I guess I need to start taking them!!
