@ladysha Great Job keep up the hard work!

Will be at 5 months tomorrow and have gone from243 start weight to 180 as of this morning and am thrilled. Last April I was 250, had trouble walking for any length of time and got winded going up one flight if stairs . I am now doing 2 miles in the treadmill in 40 minutes and do not get out if breath at all.

That is awesome.

That is great work everyone! I can't wait to be 5 months out with my own success story!

I am at 5 months lost 77lbs I started 265lbs currently 188.

Sometimes I'll go for a week or two not losing and then lose 2 or 3 lbs. in a week. I'm thrilled to have lost 63 lbs. and it just freaks me out that I have 29 lbs. to go to reach my goal.

That's great that you all have lost so much in just 5 months! I am 12 days post op and down 12.5 lbs since surgery day and 27 total including 2 week pre op. I am at 242 as of today and my goal is 180, sure hope I can get there.

Hi just wondering what your average monthly weight loss was at 5 months x

My average monthly weight loss is 13-14 pounds at 4.5 months. I am down 74 pounds from DOS and hope to hit 80 by 5 months... Hope this helps!

I'm a week shy of 5 months - have lost 94 pounds total. But I had A LOT to lose.

I will be 5 months out on the 18th and I'm down 73 pounds

I had lost 80 pounds by five months, but I had a lot to lose. Lol
