TMI Alert!

So, I'm struggling with a couple things... First, I haven't lost a thing not a single pound, in well over a week (nearly 2).. Second, I've always been a super 'regular' person and I have barely popped in like 5 days!!! I've added more fiber, drink water constantly, pumped up the exercise.. WTH?!

Remember, too, that you are eating MUCH less. Less in, less out. Haha. :)

I can soooo relate to this.......my fruit of the day is babyfood prunes. I have been eating them for 4 days now with uuuuhheeem a little progress :)

Colace is a stool softener that works wonders. I had to use it here and there in the first months after surgery. Now that I'm further out and eating more fruit, veggies, and whole grains, I haven't needed it. Be sure to drink enough Water (at least 64 ounces a day) when using it.
