Question about sagging skin after weight loss..

How common is it? Are there certain exercises to prevent it? I had two pregnancies close together to my stomach looks like a saggy deflated balloon (sorry for the horrible image lol) and I'm nervous that I'll have a lot on skin for this reason. I'm 23 if that matters.

I think your age can have alot to do with it bouncing back faster, than with older people like me. But it does take time,im talking close to a year with regular exercise.mine May never bounce back and will end up having cosmetic surgery to fix

Pretty good article for those of us who have lost massive weight as well. I am 64 and anticipate just living with my saggy belly. My age precludes any major elasticity solving my problem. I also don't anticipate being called upon to be a Matthew McConaughey stand in. B)
