I would cut out the gravy first.

Tuna, chicken, turkey. Anything you can put in the blender really. Just go with Protein first then some veg. I struggled on mushies cause my stomach liked nothing blended :-/

I know the chicken but I don't like tuna. It makes my stomach turn up. Turkey is fine but how shod I cook it? Bake it? The mushie stage is really hard for me

Sugar free popsicles saved me when I desired something sweet after dinner. It was my nightly ritual for the first 3-4 months. I still eat them now and then.

You also can do sugarfree pudding. I don't know how many crabs are in the gravy you're eating but I do know there's brown gravy that has hardly any carbs at all. You may want to try that. Its also low fat and calorie. I personally don't pay a lot of attention on fat grams but do look at calories, carbs and sugar intake.
