Food addict or totally normal?

I'm 5 days post op and still on liquids. I never thought I had emotional eating issues, but hey -- I gained this weight somehow! So I figured maybe post-operatively I'd learn something about myself. Well, since yesterday I have been obsessively thinking of how much I want a mozzarella stick from Arby's. Just one. I can't shake it!! What do you think -- psychological issues or just the normal course of a poor fattie on a liquid diet?

At this point it's pretty normal. We call it head hunger.

My first week I would have wrestled a grizzly for a five guys burger.

I was like that the first week, I dreamt about the chicken salad sandwich from Chik Fil a. Obsessively. Week two was much much better. :)

I went through the same thing. I would have wrestled a bear for something solid and tasty. :P

Not sure but I recall dreaming about a chocolate cake and eating the entire cake. I woke up sad and a feeling a little guilty because it was just a dream.

I remember dreaming about food too. I'm pretty sure I was chewing on my pillow a couple times. :P

I couldn't even watch tv because all of the commercials made my mouth water lol. It gets better the second week, I promise.

I had a dream about gravy. Fountains and fountains of it. And I have never liked it.....

Was the gravy on something? Lol.

Nope, it was just flowing like a river lol
