  1. Good luck on your surgery too!

  3. You're very welcome. A little sleep can do wonders. LOL! Good luck on your surgery and please keep us posted after.

  5. Welcome to the pre-op diet. You are likely not getting sick. It's because most sugar free protein drinks cause a laxative effect and you're eating veggies too. You're doing a good job of flushing your digestive tract. That is probably making you feel a little sick along with being nervous about surgery. Don't worry.

  8. About two weeks for me. Since it was a laparoscopic surgery the weight lifting restrictions were very short. They advised me not to go overboard right away, but that was more a concern for me passing out than harming something.

  12. It seems that you are the exception to the rule. It would be cool to know why some are so cold and some are not. I am sitting at work with a heating pad on my lap. Guess you can tell which group I'm in. LOL!

Just some random pictures that show my size before surgery. I tended to avoid cameras.

Movember is when men grow a mustache to raise awareness for men's health during the month of November. 2012 is the first year I participated and it was the month prior to my sleeve surgery.

  22. I went through the same thing. I would have wrestled a bear for something solid and tasty.
  23. I'm a month out and my stomach still makes a lot of noise. Mostly when I'm laying down though.
  24.    Dark Ranger reacted to a post in a topic: Side effect: hair loss? I didnt know...
  25. I would think that as long as they are clean and stay by your feet it wouldn't be a problem. I'd be scared to let them up near my stomach though. It would probably be painful if they accidentally kicked or scratched you on or near an incision spot.
