Wow Amazing! You look fantastic! I was sleeved the same day. I am sitting at 163 currently. Have been stuck there awhile but I know it will move soon.

Congrats!

Thanks. I get stuck from time to time. I find I will be stuck at a certain weight for a couple weeks and then all of a sudden in three days drop five pounds. You will get there! 163 is not a bad number. Keep up the good work!!

Thank you! I know it will come off as long as I do what I am supposed to. When I look at the whole picture, it's still 63 pounds from my pre op to now. In less than 6 months including pre-op. How can one think that is a slow loser? I sure cant!

Funny, your stats are very similar to mine. People have been telling me I am just melting away and I have not seen it nearly as much. You really have, it gave me a perspective of what others might be seeing in me.

Oh, Packer fan? :)

Your progress is remarkable! On average how many times per a week do u exercise? How long are ur sessions? What is your meals weekly? Do u get tired easily and is your body still well balanced with energy?

I workout usually abt 5 times a week. I do at least 2 hrs at da gym. Usually do chicken n fish. I drink nothing but water. In the beginning I did get tired quick but not anymore.

Wow!!! 5 times a week! With my busy schedule I can only do 3-4 sessions a week each session is normally 2 hrs. I hope that I make the progress that u have. Congragulations to u!

How much have you lost so far?

How much have you lost so far?

I have lost 50 lbs total and 30 since the surgery.

I think that you are losing great! I found that when I added in some carbs that I shouldn't eat they stalled my weight loss, so when I went back to mainly protein with some fruit and veggies I started to lose again. I was sleeved 3/18/ 2013 and I have lost 77 lbs. total about 50 lbs. since surgery.
