I have lost 50 lbs total and 30 since the surgery.

Amazing!!! I was sleeved on 3/19 and I don't feel like I am loosing fast enough...

BigDaddyJoe please add me to the FB page. I was sleeved on March 19th. Thank you!! My update, I am down to 215 from 257 start weight and 236 per surgery weight, but I am at a stall. I am okay, just very tired and weak. How are the rest of the march sleevers doing?

Update: I'm stuck at 215... surgery was on 3/19, surgery wight was 236...but I am happy I have lost some weight. How is everyone else doing?

6 days post-op- last night I was able to sleep on my right side. It was Amazing!!! I am close to getting the 64oz, yesterday I got to 61oz. This is probably TMI, but I also had 5 BM yesterday, and one again this morning... Lol SW- 254 CW- 231 GW- 125

I got on the scale once I got home. I had gained 10lbs but as of this morning I m down 8. I am having proteinblitz, I tried isopure it was horrible. I am also taking chicken broth, jello and warm tea. Warms things are awesome.

Has anyone gained weight while being on a liquid diet? I started my Optifast diet on the march 5th, as of today I gained 3 lbs. I have not cheated at all, I scheduled for surgery on the 19th. I currently weigh 247 and the dr wants me to loose 17 by the 18th. Does anyone know what I can do?

Thank you ladies for your support during my pre-op journey. I am now 3 days post op and doing well. -
3 days post-op, I was able to actually rest last night, I feel slightly less sore. I am having some stabbing pain on the right side of my chest. I hope it's gas and not a blood clot. I am walking and using a heating pad. I will call my dr or go to the ER if it doesn't get better. In the meantime any other suggestions?

I am home!!! Feeling good, about to go for a short walk. I have not had to take any pain meds.

Had my surgery today at 11:30 and I am happy to report that I had no complications. I don't have any pain or gas pressure. Just some minor soreness and dry mouth. I hope all those who had their surgery today as doing as well or better.

I am on my way to the dr's office for my pre-surgery weigh in. I am so scared that they will postpone/re-schedule my surgery because I only lost 5 lbs in the two weeks on the liquid diet. I am feeling really anxious and emotional. -
So I am on the 13th day of a liquid diet, and while cooking dinner for the hubby I was tempted to lick the pan... If it wasn't that my hubby was looking at me I probably would have done it... Lol Thought I'd share.

So I spoke to the ST's office they were not very helpful. I then went to see my endocrinologist, she was super helpful. She asked me stop the insulin & bam!!!! Two days later I lost 6 lbs. I am currently down 8 lbs. that is still only two down from where I originally started at. I also cut back on the shakes, I am taking 4 instead of 6. Any other suggestions? -

Hello!!! I am also scheduled for the 19th, and currently on the 4th day of my liquid diet. I was allowed to eat sugar free Jello, and that helps with the headaches. Good luck to you all... Wahooo, march 19, here we come!!!! -
Pre-op diet starts tomorrow.
