My nutritionnist actually told me Kombucha is good for you post-sleeve if you can tolerate the carbonation. It's only a little foam though and when I asked about the no carbonation rule, she said that

Does anyone have any thoughts or information on drinking Kombucha tea. I'm 10 months down, feel great, lost all my weight, just looking for a healthy immune system booster. I have a friend who hooked me on The Wild Root (root beer flavor) Kombucha tea yesterday. It is essentially an all natural fermented probiotics. I loved it and felt great after having one. It has a similar apple cider vinegar carbonation though. It has a carbonated taste I think bc of the fermentation process. It bubbbles a little and foams at the top when opened. Is that the same as regular carbonation issues. I experienced no pain but also haven't had any carbonation. Thoughts? THX!
