Interesting. Who said you are exercising too much? Are you thinking you aren't getting enough calories? It's possible to run off what you take in so you may need to increase calories?? Not an expert in this. I am meeting with a health coach next week to talk about this because I have experienced the same kind of thing.

I did a 6km 1 week and a half lost op ... I was advised against it but I felt great before and after!!! It's good to get into running now helps u tone :)

Reason your weight loss is slowing is you are prob about to experience the week 2 or 3 stall - things will speed up soon :)

I would say to check it out with your NUT. Before the sleeve I was working out too much and not eating enough so I was at a stall. Are you using myfitnesspal? It helps track calories and activity. Prior to surgery, I did 3 different 5ks (color run, electric run, local 5k), a 10k, and a 10k mud run. I got the surgery to lose weight and run in more of them this year. If only they weren't so darn expensive...my point, do the 5k, enjoy it, and have fun :)!

I'm using the fitness pal! I'm putting in like 900 cal but burning like 400 with my runs :(

I wog (jog/walk) 3 5k's a week and take 2 spinning classes a week, so I workout 5 days a week but yet I'm a slow loser. I do think it's because I'm not eating enough and plus I'm breastfeeding. It's hard to up your calories when you're not hungry at all. I need to start eating every 2 hours.
