Stall! Yuck

So I think I may have hit a stall. I am 22 day post-op and have been stuck at 194 for 3 or 4 days now. What is going on??!! It's super frustrating. I was doing so well. I was 220 on day of surgery and now nothing. Any way to jump start things again or is it just a waiting game at this point?

I have been at a stall since Christmas. Lost 20 lbs then week three total brick wall. Worst part is I'm hanging right around 200- 204. I want to be in the 100's sooo bad!!!

I have the same thing going on........I have lost 25 since I started my pre-op. the past four days, have lost nothing.....except the two I gained. Hopefully we are stalled for too long.

you are going to continue to go through stalls so dont get discouraged and fall off track. this is More than likely the time you will lose inches So start Measuring yourself and layoff the scale during this time And IM sure you will see a BIG difference!!!!

I've been stalled for ages - at a weight I was at for a long time in the past. I feel your pain - the scale will move again eventually ;)
