So I've been so excited to move on puréed foods but having trouble keeping anything down. First off I know that the stuff I've been eating wasn't 100% all that healthy, but I was trying to introduce familiar foods into my diet. There were two instances where I couldn't keep what I ate down. Is there anyone out there who had this problem. I thought the stuff I was eating was too greasy. I know I don't have a leak because there is no fever. I've tried eggs with cheese and ham. Didn't go well and Mac and cheese w/ sausage. Is there anyone who struggled with purée? What can I try without having to keep eating full liquids because I'm tired of soup.
