    Hang in there! I was sleeved on 12/27 and have been the same weight ever since I've been home from the hospital!! Very frustrating but I know it will pass!

    Www.procarenow.com. Bariatric chewable oneaday They're not bad at all!! I also take Vitamin b-plex and vitamin b12 sublingual and upcal d powdered calcium.

    That is the same diet I've been on for 5 days.. It really wasn't that bad at all. Today I started my 48 hr clear liquid.. It was a lot tougher! It will all be worth it in the end!
