Back Pain

I had my sleeve surgery on 12/10/12. I woke up with horrible back pain and it has not stopped. I am going to see a specialist on Monday has anyone else had this issue? My other problem is MetLife is driving crazy even with all my issues and my surgeon wants me out work until at least 1/14/13. MetLife told me they can only give me 28 days off. I am having so much back pain my neck is starting to hurt. Please help I am so stressed that I am regretting getting the surgery.

So sorry your hurting. I have not heard of or had back pain. Anything unusual is worrisome. Do you have any other symptoms? Praying you get relief. If symptoms get worse consider ER.

I have had stomach pain but the back pain is crazy. I am praying on Monday they tell me what went wrong and why I am now having back pain. Thank you for your support .

I will pray that to but please be sure you seek medical attention on the weekend if you need it.

I'm so sorry to hear of your pain. Ive always had back problems off and on, I noticed after surgery I was having pain again. But I think mine was from all of the dry heaving and jerking motion from that, once this was under control my back got back to normal, it took about 2 weeks.

I pray that you come out okay. I am having pains in my leg and shoulder since the surgery. I went to my primary care dr today. I took a MRI and other xrays. I will get the results next week. If you arestill in pain go to the the emergency room. I do regret this surgery. Pray been sent for you.
