% of excess weight lost

I was told by my surgeon that literature shows that the average for the VSG excess weight lost is somewhere between 60-70%. I would love to lose 100% of mine! It's what I paid 17k for!

So what's your percentage of excess weight lost? I am currently 8 weeks out and down 43% of my excess weight. Love to hear from those that are at goal!!

Hi, I'll be 3 months out on Jan 10th and I've lost 53% and want to keep losing!

I am 16 1/2 weeks out and have lost 81% of my excess weight. I don't believe the stats either.

I'm 7 months out and have lost 74.4% of my excess body fat.

But I've only lost about 70% of what I want to lose.
