okay ........question !!!!so , what is the true amount of weight lost ??? is it when u were at your heaviest , or the weight when u first started this journey and following a dr ,.........or is it your pre op , like the day before surgery ??? my heaviest wt was a yr ago this time ..251 ..then when i started seeing a dr in april i was244 . the day before surgery i was 228 and now i am at 208 .so .....how much can i tell ppl truthfully i lost ????? i'm confused !my surgery was december 8 ,by the way !!!

I count from my heaviest. The weight I took off prior to surgery came off with a lot of hours on the treadmill and a strict diet. I earned every lost ounce!!

I agree with Ginger! I count my highest also because I did lose prior to surgery and I think loosing is loosing!

I count it all...because I worked to get every single pound off the body...surgery or not!
