Well, yesterday i was sleeved! I have been walking as much as possible. I still cant get this gas out, but im working on it. The nurses say im doing awesome. I really want to go home today, but we will see:-) how is everyone else doing?

Walk walk sip sip! Home you shall go I hope!

Hi rainbows, congrats on your sleeve. You can take gas-x, and try rolling your shoulders back and forth if the pain is in your chest/back/arms, and rub your belly gently in circles, it helps move the gas around to get it out.

Gas-X strips = lifesaver. I used the heck out of those my first couple weeks.

Congrats and welcome to the loser's bench!!! Walk as much as possible!!!!....the more you walk, the better you'll feel!! I second the Gas X strips.
