pureed / soft food stage

I'm about to start my pureed/soft diet any suggestions on what I can eat on Christmas?

You can basically purée anything you want. Stick to healthy proteins. You have work to hard to purée junk food.

No That would be all carb and fat. You need Protein and low carb and low fat. Stay away from bread, pasta,rice and move toward lean meats, eggs, low fat cheese, and veggies

cottage cheese, refried beans.....try protein

fat free refried beans with low fat cheese, lf cottage cheese, deli meat, sliced thin wrapped around 2% cheese stick, beans, soups with beans, tuna, canned chicken, and then I use some of what I had on full proteins. I have to be on that until 8 weeks out. I'm at 6 weeks on Monday and they said a small amount of ham, chewed well, deviled eggs, cheese. Hope it's going well for you.
