Anyone mind if I ask when you started eating Protein bars? I had an oh yeah one at about ummm ten weeks or so (allowed by nut) and it was the first food I've eaten that made me vomit and slime so I've avoided them like the plague.

But I'm finding that getting in my protein is tough for me, even with a shake sometimes so I probably have to suck it up and try again. I'd love to be able to carry a bar in my purse or car but I wonder if I'm just trying too early...

I don't tend to do well with sugar anymore, which could be why I had trouble with the bar way back when. Anyone else have this issue???

I started eating them at about 9 weeks & they really do help me get my protein in. I like Bariwise bars, I keep some in my desk and a couple in my purse. Most are 15mg of protein.

To be honest, I haven't tried em yet but I'm certain I won't have issues. Not one thing has made me throw up other than a piece of pizza (that I ate wayyyyy too fast)..the next time it went down fine. Just eat super S L O W and get one with little to no sugar.

And actually, you may be the perfect candidate for making homemade ones like the one suggested! May go down better for you! :)
