Stalled at 7 weeks out

Anybody out there who has gone through a stall in weight loss? I am 7 weeks post op and for the past week I have been at the same weight and I am following the program perfectly. Is this normal? I need some advice or reassurance or both. First month saw a 22lb loss than another 8lbs in weeks 4 &5 now I am stuck. If you have any information or a story of your own stall please let me know.

I just went through a 3 week stall, I know exactly how you feel. Make sure you are getting all your protein and water in, I have a real hard time with both. I have lost 4 lbs. since the stall in the last week. Hang in there, it will pass, stick to your routine and you shouldn't have any problem. When did you have your surgery, mine was Oct. 30 and I have lost 28 lbs.

I stall about every 2-3 weeks for a week. Hang in there, it will move again. Congrats on your weightloss

Just got out of a 4 week stall it had to pass on it own it sucks but it's how it is. Best I can say is stick it out it won't last forever.

Girl, being at the same weight for a week is NOT a stall.... Lol

Now if 4-5 weeks go by and you're the same weight, that may be a stall. But not 1 week.

Keep following the rules, Protein first, etc, the scale will move. :)
