nervous...at urgent care

Since this 4am this morning I've been having pain similar to menstrual cramps. I had a hysterectomy several years ago so it can't be a menstruation. I just had a urine test to check for bladder infection and it came back negative. Now the doctor wants to draw blood. My belly in the center is very tender. Mind you, I'm 4 months post tomorrow. Should I be nervous? Because I'm terrified!

I'm so sorry that you're hurting! Of course you're nervous, but try not to torture yourself because you don't know what it is at this point. From everything I've heard 4 months should be well past the time that a leak can happen, but maybe someone more experienced can comment on the subject?

Try to stay positive, know that we're sending good vibes your way, and keep us posted on what the dr says!

Are you having regular and non-strained BMs? I only ask because sometimes things get really messed up in the digestive track and the pain can mimic menstrual cramps.

Praying for you

Thank you all for your kindness and support. Turns out I have an old ovarian cyst that is In overdrive. Have to see the ob-gyn for an ultrasound to see if he wants to remove the cyst or the ovary or both. I was worried because the pain was smack in the middle of my abdomen....turned out to be something else. I'm not happy about that, but happy it's not my new sleeve.

So sorry to hear of this, wish you the best and a quick recovery before the holidays of possible!
