Immune System in Remission!

I went for my checkup today and got overwhelming good news. Doc said I have been losing weight at the perfect rate, averaging 2 pounds a week. He said that is the healthiest way to lose weight and keep it off. Not only am I 54 pounds down and only have about 40 pounds left to lose, but all blood work points to my crazy immune system being stable with no drugs!! I'm overwhelmed & in shock!! Happy shock.

Congrats! Our numbers are almost identical. Sometimes it seems like the weight is coming off slowly, then I will try on a piece of clothing that didn't fit 3 weeks ago and I realize that I am making progress.

love it -- happy shock!

That's great! Your body & immune system are thanking you!

Isn't it crazy?? I went in today thinking I was going to be told that I wasn't losing fast enough!! And he told me not to lose it any faster- that the pace I am losing is perfect and will keep me healthier than losing it quickly. Works for me!! :-)
