Sharp pains inupper left rib area?

Anyone know if this could be gas still or not? My date was dec 3, it comes and goes but is quite annoying. Heat helps, I'm a busy body and know I have to take it easy but this is super annoying:( it's under my breast in my rib area...

Sounds like gas, but always best to call your Doctor!

Deep or superficial?

It doesn't really hurt per say it feels like its about an inch in lol... Any suggestions? Maybe take Tylenol and see how it goes in a couple of days?
