Lower Upper Back / Maybe Lung Pain?

I am having pain in the lower upper back region. Could be my lower lung. My follow up appointment isn't till Tuesday.

Anyone had this before?

    I've heard people having gas pains in that area. Are you having any trouble breathing at all? If you have any shortness of breath or dizziness, go straight to the ER

    I also have had really badback pain for the last week. My doc wasn't concerned at first, but now they are thinking it might be an absess? IDK.

    I would call a 24 hour nurse line or go see a doctor. It would make you feel better to know it's not something serious
