Coffee...good. Sometimes too much builds up acid....bad.

I was told I could have one cup a day after surgery. I abuse that a bit. Some days it's one, some days it's four. Like gmanbat says though, acid, bad.

Thank YOU!

I have one cup every morning of half-caf with probably 2T of 1% milk.

On Saturday mornings, if it is a sleep in day, I might have 2 cups.

I have a Keurig and I have found one brand of half-caf that is pretty darn good.

coffee w/skim milk everyday - makes me a happy girl
