Hi everyone I'm from Hanford Calif. I had surgery on July 28, 2015. Help!!! Please. I need support before I really mess up.

I had my surgery at Fresno Heart and Surgery Center. Lately I have been falling into bad habits again and would like to team up with someone around 6 months out and get back on track. Can anyone help me? I did great for the first 4 months and have lost like 55#. But nothing since.????

Sacramento here! Sleeve date - 2/1/16. So two weeks from now!!!! Anyone nearby? I'm going to be at CPMC in San Francisco and I'm just going that far because Dr. Jossart is AMAZING!!!

How was your surgery recovery? How did your sleeve hold up? Have you lost much? Did he have you do the milk of magnesia and Prilosec OTC before surgery too? He says that they will really help with how I feel afterwards. Thank so much!

Hi everyone I am 3 years out VSG, I currently live in redlands CA. I go to a support group at Loma Linda once a month but want to attend more meetups formal or non- formal. Im also open to creating a group if anyone wants to start I live around riverside, Rancho Cucamonga , Ontario , Temecula(a little far) but if anyone is interested or knows of some WLS groups please let me know!
