I'm in Orange County and I'm scheduled for surgery on the 31st of March.

I'm in ventura ca, anyone close by?

I am in Ventura too!! Woo hoo!! When is your surgery and where are you having it done?

I am 16 months out, so a lot has happened since surgery lol but I am wonderful! It is a forever change and battle. I have maintained my weight but I do juggle about 5 lbs so I am aware still and try to keep on track as best I can. I know it is easy to slip back in to old habits. right now I am fighting my late night snacking again.

@@rgallardo how are you since surgery?

I'm in San Diego. I had my surgery 2 years ago.

I'm in Fresno, scheduled for March 3

Fresno here too. Waiting for the insurance pre auth to be submitted when the coordinator "gets around to it"

I recently had surgery in December of 2015, still adjusting to everything. The first few weeks were the toughest for me, letting go of the head hungry is challenging for sure. I am in North County, San Diego.

I am 4 1/2 years out now. I work hard to maintain my 100 lb weight loss. If it helps any, my self imposed rule is no food after 9:00 pm at night If I have the desire to snack, I stop all food at my set time. I will drink coffee or water after 9:00 pm, and it has helped the 1-2 lbs gain I got for late night snacking. Congratulations. Keep up the good work.

I am the founder of the San Diego Kaiser and San Diego Pacific Bariatric Facebook pages. I am going to do a get together again soon. I would love for you all to join us!
