    I am in Tulsa. I am drinking decaf tea (water causes intense heartburn). My protein drink is EAS right now. How about you?

    I'm in Tulsa as well. I like my selection of MIOs right now. I also am drinking watered down powerade zero (lime) for the electrolytes. Protein drink is syntax nectar strawberry mousse made with almond milk.

    I'm in fort smith. I have a hard time with liquids, the best for me is diet green tea. I don't do protein drinks now, I get 60 grams a day from food choices and about 700 calories.
