I too am waiting for surgery . Im self pay so im waiting for money . We are self employed and we are making sure this big job is going to pay out in December then HOPEFULLY I can get it then.

I know this form has answered just about every single question I have had .

Anything You want to ask , do a search first I can almost GURANTEE you its been asked lol . there is SO MUCH info on here that is so useful .
