You could try a pregnancy belly band. Some find those really helpful right out of surgery. I'm not a back sleeper either and had trouble with that too. I have to be on my right side to fall asleep.

Most stores that sell maternity clothes should have the bands. You can also look on motherhood.com they have plus size maternity clothes so I'm sure they have larger belly bands as well.

I was sleeved on Wednesday. I just came home today. My recovery wasn't that great, I had a lot of pain and awful nausea for 2 days. Day three was the best so far, no nausea but the inscision pain is still bad. It feels like it pulling and when I move like it might tare? I've had a few coughing fits and the pain after that has been horrible. I also have a large dent in the middle of my stomach its not in an anscision, it's just above one. The dent hurts a lot, that's where it pulls from. It's sore and swollen to the touch. I'm wondering I'd this is normal? Or should I go back to the hospital? It's hurting me too muh to sleep tonight even with tylonol and codeine
