When Do You Know Your Stall Is Over?

When do you know your stall is over?

I had I think 2 stalls so far one at week 3 and one at week 5 into week 6. I did drop .8 oz so I don't really call that stall over or should I . How much weight-loss counts as breaking the stall.

Get some type of game that focus on you moving. I like wii but I have a 360 too. I have had one stall. now I am losing inches and the min pound is 1.7 lbs.

Good luck 7month out now.
