4 Month Nsv

Saw my dr today . I no longer have diabetes and have lost 60 lbs. I need to deal with the emotional and psychological stuff around eating

. I have started eating chocolate and potato chips. I made an appointment with a psychologist that deals with eating disorders. Feeling a bit disheartened. (I really don't want to do the work to eat better., feeling sorry for myself. Need to pray for willingness.)

Good luck!! You can do it!! 60 lbs is no small accomplishment..

Amazing news about your diabetes! I've had a couple of backsliding moments myself. Our success is based on the decisions we make every day. The chocolate and chips aren't worth it (I'm saying this to myself, too.)
